1. About HEROS SMP

HEROS SMP is a Minecraft server and community website. By using this website, creating an account, or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. HEROS SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up (a working email and your Minecraft username).
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• You must follow our server rules. Accounts that break the rules can be limited or removed.

3. Store and purchases

• Store items are digital perks for use on the HEROS SMP server. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• You pay using the UPI ID or QR code shown at checkout, then submit your payment screenshot and UTR (transaction ID). An order is only complete after our team checks and approves your payment.
• We can reject an order if the amount is wrong, the screenshot is unclear or edited, or the UTR was already used. Submitting fake or edited payment proof is fraud and will lead to a permanent ban.
• Items are delivered to the Minecraft username you enter. Please check the spelling before you submit. We are not responsible for items delivered to a wrong username entered by you.
• All purchases are final. If you have a problem with an order, contact our staff on Discord and we will review it fairly.
• Buying an item does not protect you from punishments. If you are banned for breaking the rules, purchases are not refunded.
• Prices, items, and perks can change at any time.

4. Applications and forms

Applications (for example for staff or the media team) must be truthful. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and decisions made by our team are final.

5. Using the website

You agree not to:

• try to hack, break, or overload the website or its services;
• spam our forms or submit false information;
• access another person's account or data.

6. Availability

We try to keep the website and server running, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Features may change, move, or be removed.

7. Ownership

The HEROS SMP name, logo, and website content belong to HEROS SMP. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new Terms.
